This is 4.4.2 based light, fast, and stable rom with many
improvements, better battery
backup and some ui fixes, It's
definitely the smoothest rom
for both A120 and A106

Note-

You must be on stock
KK and any custom recovery
before flashing it

Steps:-

1.You must have flashed STOCK
KK and custom recovery, as I said
above

2.If you are already on stock KK,
just flash custom recovery

3.If you have already flashed
custom recovery then only
proceed

4.Place ROM in your sdcard,
wherever you want

5.Reboot to recovery and Wipe
data/factory reset

6.No need to wipe other things,
updater script will do it

7.Flash ROM from sdcard now
and reboot

Hii friends,
This is Ds Chauhan.

Today i will show you how to unroot ur Micromax Unite 2 Handset easily.

For This We dont need any PC or file etc .

Ok lets start....

STEPS TO UNROOT

1.Open KingUser.






2.Go To Settings And Choose Remove Root Permission.






3.A popup will appear
Select Clear.






4. Now Restart Ur Phone.

Congratulations Your Phone Is Unrooted Now :-)

You Can Confirm This Via Root Checker.

You Can Do This With SuperUser Too, If You Have SuperUser Or SuperSU installed ,
1. Open It
2. Go To Settings.
3. Choose Full Unroot.
4. Select Continue And Restart Your Phone.






DONE :-)

Hey friends, this is another ROM port by ROHAN ARYA for Micromax Unite 2 A106. This is not a themed ROM like Fly UI or Galaxy S4 ROM which  ported earlier, but is real MIUI ROM with all the MIUI features, removed all Chinese applications which were not required by the system to work.
The ROM has no Google Apps.
So If U Want Google Apps
THN just flash GApps zip

Requirements

:
On Stock/S4/Fly UI ROM by Rohan with NO BOOT.IMG file edited.

How To Install it:

Reboot to Carliv Touch Recovery or any other recovery.

Go to Wipe menu.
Select Wipe All Data - Preflash.

Now select Install zip from the main menu.

Select Choose zip Sdcard.

Select the Miui ROM from the SD Card.

You will get boot.img error, don't worry.
Reboot your phone.

You will boot in to MIUI ROM!! :-)

Open app Security from Launcher.

M Gona Share This Very Helpfull Readback Guide With All Of U.

Read Back Is Must And Most Important .
In Case Of Sumthing Bad Happen,We Can Use This Backup To Get Back Our Phone
Ok Lets Start

Procedure

:
1. Download and install drivers
Driver_Auto_Installer_v1.1236.00.7z . ( HERE )
If not working try these too
PDAnet_4150.rar .
Problem in installation?? Go here

2. Download scatter from hereHERE .

3. Open SP flash tools , load scatter in sp
flash tools and go to read back tab.
( alternative download link of sp flash tools )

4. Click 'Add' and tap on added read back
entry.

5. Select any path to save file and click ok,
write 0x3E180000 in length and click ok.

6. Click on read back and connect phone
without battery. Wait till it completes.

7. Once you see a green circle, close sp
flash tools and switch on the phone.

8. When the phone is on, connect it to pc.
See if any notification of 'usb debugging'
comes in phone, if not, go to settings->about
phone->and tap build number 7 times to
enable debugging options.

9. Go back and enter developers options(in
settings), and check usb debugging on.

10. Now run mtk driod tools and it will detect
phone.

11. In mtk droid tools, click 'root, backup and
recovery' tab.






12. Click 'To process file ROM_ from Flash
Tool.

13. Locate the file you got from read back.

14. Say no to make CWM recovery
automatically and cancel to choose a
recovery for similar phone.

15. Now wait again.
Once done, you will get your sp flashable
backup in MTK Driod Tools/backup.

Read back complete. :-)

Now follow this guide to root your Unite 2.

Well This ROM has no bugs and also it is just a standalone ZIP, you don't need any patch (if I found bug, I will release one). I didn't find any bug, if you find then you must tell me.. I will try to fix it ASAP.
Okay, let's see the ROM.

Features of Galaxy S4 ROM for Micromax Unite 2:

Awesome notification bar.
Very nice transparent popups.
Nicely designed Settings.
S5 Launcher.
S5 Notification Bar.
Bravia Engine 3.
Deodexed.

Some tweaks.
Not laggy like other Samsung ROMs.
Like Stock ROM, just themed so you can enjoy stock features too.
Good camera quality.
Samsung like Lockscreen.
Build prop tweaks.
Some other good UI features and performance tweaks.
Smooth scrollers.

How To Install This ROM:

Downgrade to Jelly Bean.

Get and install CTR from here and flash it by SP Tools..Use Rio Lite's Scatter file and flash only recovery.img...
Download it from here.

Reboot to CTR by shutting down the phone and pressing
Volume UP + Volume DOWN + Power keys simultaneously for some time. Then press
Volume UP key to reboot to recovery.

Go to Backup and Restore.

Select Backup.
Press back button.
Go to Wipe Menu option.

Select Wipe AllData - Preflash with power button.

Go back again by pressing back button.

Select Install zip.

Select Choose zip Sdcard to select the ZIP.

Select the ROM-
Galaxy S4 ROM for Micromax Unite 2.zip.

Let the ROM flash.

Now again select Google Apps zip [gapps-jb-20130812-signed.zip] to install Play Store, Gmail etc. [OPTIONAL].

Now press back button to go back to the main menu.

Select Reboot the Phone.

Wait for 2 minutes and the ROM will boot!!

This boot will take much longer than other boots, so don't worry about this, but don't switch your phone off while it is boot animation else you will need to do it again.. I mean reboot and it will be a time waste.

I am here with the very famous CWM recovery For Our Unite 2
---Thnx To My Frnd Rohan For This--

Via-Rohan...
I like to make custom recoveries for
different devices. Sometimes I make them
manuly and sometime I use MTK Droid Root
& Tools. I didn't make this recovery
manualy so all the credits goes to MTK
Droid Root and Tools. I just fixed the mount
problem which showed up in the recovery
by replacing some files. It is a stable
recovery and has only one problem and that
is of mounting USB in recovery mode. I
have tried CTR recovery, but it was a crap
recovery. I failed to flash ZIPs, touch was
bad and when you select something, it's
'mirror' appear in the upside down menu!
For that I fixed the CWM recovery to
release it.

Backup/Restore.
Flash ZIPs.
Mount partitions and wipe
too.
All other features of CWM
5.5.0.4

Broken/Bugs

:
Flipped recovery.
USB Storage doesn't work: I
will release another update
for this fix.

How To Install CWM Recovery in MMX Unite 2 A106

:

Download the recovery.img
to your PC.

Open SP Tools.

Select scatter file..Get it
from HERE.


In the recovery section,
select recovery.img .

Select Download button.

Switch off your phone.

Remove the battery and
insert it again.

Now plug the USB cable!
It will flash your phone..

Now press and hold Volume
UP and DOWN and Power
button for sometime
simultaneously.

Press Volume UP again to
boot into recovery..
